Zabbix 5.0.2 appliance and Windows services refreshing

Hi, i'm new to Zabbix and apologies if this has already been answered somewhere. I have searched but came up with limited info.
I have a bunch of hosts being monitoring via the windows agent using template Template OS Windows by Zabbix agent. Randomly we get problems occur where Windows Biometric service is not running, which is fine and i just disable this on the servers expecting the problem to them automatically become resolved, but it never does?
Only way I have found to sort this is by unlink/clear the template and re-apply this. Am I missing something or is just how it works?

Add a Filter for the LLD Windows service of your template (clone the original and reapply, it or change in each host it's an individual setting) to ignore the "Windows Biometric"

It's more that the services don't update and stay as automatic startup even though I've disabled these? I've created some tags to stop emailing the alerts which is all good. I'll try and get some screenshots so it's a bit clearer, another good example is a server was rebooted today and alert came in for the network down, when it came back on the problem didn't clear.

Try to figure out the cause on why how the item used by the trigger event is being collected and why it's not coming as a "normal" value for the trigger stop alarming, check out your trigger configuration and latest values.
