    connection restored?

    Hi there,
I'm having issues with monitoring one server (I have about 25, everything else is working just fine)

    From Zabbix Server:

    Code:
28339:20150223:140823.352 enabling Zabbix agent checks on host "MYSERVER01": host became available
28339:20150223:140850.498 resuming Zabbix agent checks on host "MYSERVER01": connection restored
28339:20150223:140917.633 resuming Zabbix agent checks on host "MYSERVER01": connection restored
28339:20150223:140944.778 resuming Zabbix agent checks on host "MYSERVER01": connection restored
28339:20150223:141011.912 resuming Zabbix agent checks on host "MYSERVER01": connection restored
28339:20150223:141039.057 resuming Zabbix agent checks on host "MYSERVER01": connection restored
28339:20150223:141106.216 resuming Zabbix agent checks on host "MYSERVER01": connection restored
28339:20150223:141133.359 resuming Zabbix agent checks on host "MYSERVER01": connection restored
The server basically keeps getting disconnected, nothing has changed on the network side.

From Server being monitored: (Zabbix Agent)

    Code:
      5040:20150223:140744.353 Starting Zabbix Agent [MYSERVER01]. Zabbix 2.2.7 (revision 50143).
      5040:20150223:140744.353 using configuration file: C:\Program Files\Zabbix Agent\zabbix_agentd.conf
      4144:20150223:140744.353 agent #0 started [collector]
      1536:20150223:140744.447 agent #1 started[listener #1]
      1384:20150223:140744.447 agent #2 started[listener #2]
      2496:20150223:140744.447 agent #3 started[listener #3]
      2420:20150223:140744.447 agent #4 started [active checks #1]
I'm not sure what else I could try to troubleshoot this; any help is extremely appreciated!

Assuming these are both linux servers.....

From the zabbix front end, run a netcat test to the monitored server:
    [root@tstmon01 ~]# nc -vz 10.53.154.79 10050
    Connection to 10.53.154.79 10050 port [tcp/zabbix-agent] succeeded!

From the monitored server, run a netcat test to the zabbix frontend:[root@tstjboss05 ~]# nc -vz 10.53.154.73 10051
    Connection to 10.53.154.73 10051 port [tcp/zabbix-trapper] succeeded!

If you don't "suceeded" troubleshoot network as needed. You can also turn up debugging settings in the /etc/zabbix-agentd.conf file by setting DebugLevel to 4 and restarting the agent. Warning! The logs fill rapidly!

    Good Luck
