zabbix 2.4 on Oracle Linux (RHEL) 5 rpms available?

I notice there's no link for repo for Zabbix 2.4 on RHEL 5. Unfortunately I still have some stragglers on Oracle Linux 5. Has anyone done an unofficial rpm for 2.4 agents on RHEL5? If I choose to run 2.2 agents against a 2.4 master server, am I asking for trouble?
