does anybody knows why I am getting this?

Look if you are using communities, commonly in intranet you don't need them for authentication on traps.

In case I have done something wrong. at which file should I put the community string? We do use communities.

Most likely, some device in the network sends traps that the wrong credentials were used when accessing it over SNMP.
Try configuring snmptt to log the ip address of this trap sender.

Then figure out who and why is accessing this device and configure the device and NMS to use the same credentials and SNMP versions.
