Monitor white IP availability

Hello!

I need to monitor availability of other "white" IP based on ping traffic.
I don't have access to server with target white IP, so I can't install Zabbix agent.

How can I do it?

With zabbix if you can't install an agent, you are limited to simple checks (ICMP, DNS, SMTP, Ports, etc...) and External scripts.
