Where can I edit the message about canceling the escalation? I need to add serialnumberA to this message.
Messege example:
NOTE: Escalation cancelled: host "192.168.3.12" disabled.
Problem started at 08:40:44 on 2020.08.31
Problem name: Unavailable by ICMP ping
Host: Printer Canon MF4570
Severity: High
Operational data: Down (0)

You can't edit it, that message about "Escalation cancelled" is hardcoded in the zabbix-server escalation processor.

Workaround: Add the info in the "Tag" and/or "Problem name".
