new screen not visible

hello,
I have configured a new screen consisting of some graphs from a template. The screen works fine.
My requirement is to have the screen url called from an external program. When I hit the screen url from another browser i get the error
"ERROR: No permissions to referred object or it does not exist!" ( scrrresnot attached.)
Do i need to give guest user rights to view this screen ? If so , how ?

got it...

the 'guest' user did not have read rights on the newly created hostgroup.
