    Timeout, slow device response time

We are using very slow devices. It is normal to have up to 14 seconds responses time. Is there a way to configure Zabbix to wait up to 20 seconds before giving up for ICMP and SNMP polling ?

Running Zabbix 2.4.3 on Ubuntu 14.04.

    Thanks for your answer.

Inside of the conf file on the server and the agent, there is a Timeout parameter. The default is usually pretty low (like 3 seconds I think). You can set this up to 30. If the response takes longer than that, you may have to go about the check a different route
