Create two items for the same key

Hi,
I'd like to have a certain discovery key to have 2 metrics,
1. cumulative
2. change

sampling the item gives me the cumulative value
I'd like to have another item for that same key with Preprocessing - simple change

How can I achieve that? since using the same item is not possible
