Display Link Speed in Maps

Hi - Having some issues displaying link speed and throughput in maps.

I have a switch with an NVR on one port and my zabbix server on another, all I get back is In: In: *UNKNOWN*/Out: *UNKNOWN*

I have taken the following from the switch
net.if.in[ifHCInOctets.10112]
net.if.out[ifHCOutOctets.10112]
net.if.speed[ifHighSpeed.10112]

and added to the Label under Links

In: {Folly-Office-Switch:net.if.in[ifHCInOctets.10112].last(0)}
Out: {Folly-Office-Switch:net.if.out[ifHCOutOctets.10112].last(0)}
[{Folly-Office-Switch:net.if.speed[ifHighSpeed.10112].last(0)}]

I have also added some triggers

Folly-Office-Switch: Interface Gi1/0/12(Bay-Park/CCTV Server): Link down
Folly-Office-Switch: Interface Gi1/0/12(Bay-Park/CCTV Server): High error rate ( > 2 for 5m)
Folly-Office-Switch: Interface Gi1/0/12(Bay-Park/CCTV Server): High bandwidth usage ( > 90% )


I am not sure what I am doing wrong ?
