Notifications / step duration

Hello there,

I'm trying to set up notification in case of critical problem.
The issue I have is that email notification are sent every 120s despite the step duration I've configured , it's driving me crazy.

Default operation step duration = 180
Step = from 1 to 0
Step duration = 180
Operation type = send message

Am I wrong somewhere ?

I've tried to change the step order , and the operation type, issue is still here ?
Does someone have a clue ?
