Graph name from Discovery - Lenght too long

I have some Cisco templates that I am using discovery rules to build the template, its a clone of the template snmp interfaces but with the tweak to put the ifalias and the port nunbmer (IE Gi5/15). This is working and latest data shows the data being collected just perfect. But not all the graphs are being created and it's because of a character length limit. I know this because all the ports that have short names are graphed and all the ones that have more than 48 characters are not. I have changed some of the long ones to be shorter and magically they appear in the Monitoring ---> Graphs list. So what I am asking is do you know where in the DB I can make an adjustment to the field that is storing this name or is the limit in the web interface part of the code.

What is custom is that I have the ifalias and ifname on the graph name so I can tell customer by name and what port they are on
