Need QNAP es-storageSystem Template for QNAP ES2486DC NAS running QES 2.1.1

hi - i'm very new to Zabbix - i need to monitor a QNAP ES2486DC running 2.1.1.0463. all the oid's when i do an snmp walk start with 1.3.6.1.4.1.24681.2 instead of .1.3.6.1.4.1.24681.1, which is what i see referenced in all the zabbix qnap templates on share.zabbix.com. can anyone point me in a direction of a template i can use?

Did you find any template for QES?
