Hello,
I've been trying to replace our current monitoring system with Zabbix. One of the last things I can't figure out is the VMWare Guest State. The old system obviously can see this status from the vmware SDK, https://vcsa.nspnet.net/sdk. https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...ks/vmware_keys doesn't have GuestState. I think GuestState is at the same level as these other properties: NumCPU, HostName, Powerstate, ToolsRunningStatus, and many more. This helps us determine if the OS is running. I don't want to install the zabbix agent on each VM to get the status of the OS.
Many thanks,
Dave
