1 hour difference between system time and graph time on Zabbix Appliance 2.4

I'm trying the appliance version of zabbix 2.4 and i am having troubles with my timestamps in graphs

The times are not all the same

On the Appliance server:
date command gives: Mar 26 13:56:01 CET 2015
hwclock command gives: Mar 26 12:56:01 2015 -1.041246
client (W8.1) system time is: 13:56
graph time gives: 14:56

Did you check the Installation instruction?

It's necessary to uncomment the “date.timezone” setting and set the correct timezone for you. After changing the configuration file restart the apache web server.
