I have a number of external checks that I do NOT want to even run if a host in unreachable.
I see no way in an item definition to cause this to occur (is there?). They always run on schedule.
But I could check an unreachable trigger inside the external check, and just exit -- but how do I exit without sending the discovery LLD and/or external item into an unsupported state?
I'm still on a 4.x version if that matters.
