Zabbix problem not going away

Hi,

We had a problem alert about critical windows updates available for a windows server.

The updates have been installed and applied but the problem is not going away.




There are still optional updates available but normally this would not trigger the alert.

We have tried restarting the zabbix agent but the alert still remains.

The problem not disappearing might be because there is no clear resolve condition for the trigger.
To automate the trigger resolving you can define a recovery expression.

For now try updating the trigger to allow manual close. Then navigate to Monitoring -> Problems -> your problem -> click on the "Ack" and check the box "Close problem".

For days we have been trying to find the way in which zabbix notifies us with an alert that there are updates on the windows servers that we have monitored.
How can we do it?
