dimir Posted in another thread indicating that because of difficulties building Zabbix 5.2 server components on RHEL 7 (mainly because of OpenSSL), the Zabbix developers would no longer be providing server (or apparently proxy) packages for Zabbix 5.2 on RHEL 7. They will still provide the agent package (and probably agent2, I would guess) for RHEL 7, but not server.

There was supposed to be a post about this on the Zabbix blog, but it's been 10 days and still no blog post.

zabbix said not to support centos 7 anymore and future releases will support centos 8

but centos 8 will end at 2021

CentOS Project shifts focus to CentOS Stream – Blog.CentOS.org

CentOS Linux 8, as a rebuild of RHEL 8, will end at the end of 2021. CentOS Stream continues after that date, serving as the upstream (development) branch of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Did you read reasoning at all? If centos7 does not and will not provide necessary packages, then how would you expect it to be supported installation platform? If only things you get are outdated and (for now) unsecure versions of packages, this cannot be considered as production ready installation...
