Zabbix ping not work for a randomly single host

It´s a strage behavior, Im using proxy to monitor some devices using icmp. My starters pingers are set to 80 (was set to 50). The pinger utilization is less than 1%
If I restart the zabbix service, randomly a host gets 100% ping data loss.
I cant see any related error in the logs. The queue is ok too.

Any ideas?

Forget about this issue. The problem was my firewall limiting sessions.
