New Zabbix 5.2 install on Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS - Actions Not Working

After attending the recent summit I have built a new install of Zabbix. Everything has gone fine. I have moved my hosts and most of the other components using export/import where possible with ONE issue.

I am unable to get Actions to fire.
I can "test" a media type for both HTML and plain text successfully
I have set up a simple action to send an email for any severity equal or above informational

I am not an Ubuntu expert however I have built about 15 Zabbix servers on Ubuntu starting with 1.8 running on 10.04 so I am wondering if I have stumbled on a bug or being real stupid.

Any help would be appreciated.

BTW... It was a great summit

Mistake... I found it. I got caught up in the new Admin Role setup... I put myself in the Admin Role thinking that was enough. The Admin Role did NOT have permissions to any host. Glad I figured it out without have to take anyone's time
