Enable / Disable Specific Items on clients

Hi,

I'm trying to setup an allowed list in which a client can explicitly specify which items is allowed to run or not.
The purpose is to prevent a Zabbix server to execute some items on a final client.
Does Zabbix provide such a feature ? I cannot find such a thing in the documentation.
Is it also possible to setup a exclude list rather than an allowed list ?
