    Problems disappeared?

We have a bunch of stuff monitored via SNMP and sending alerts to pager duty, this is all working.

However, after we lost communications to a monitored host recently, we found that the alert for this incident had been sent to PagerDuty, however I can't find any record of that problem in Zabbix.

There are evident problems in zabbix from both before and after this event, however we can't find anything from the host in question.

    Any ideas?

    EDIT:
Going to "Problems" and entering nothing except for the "Triggers" section and entering "Template Module ICMP... Unavailable by ICMP Ping" shows zero results even though pager duty has alerts for that exact trigger, and those sent alerts are in the action log.

I don't know the version of Zabbix you are using, but please refer to the information in a wider range by specifying the period to be displayed by the filter.

        Hi Atsushi ,

Apologies, I wasn't aware that the resolved problems are only briefly visible on the problems and recent problems dashboard, and that you must go to history for anything over 5 minutes.

I did find the settings under "Trigger displaying options" but I don't think that "Display OK triggers for X" is very clear. Perhaps if it said "Display resolved problems for X"; I understand that they are marked resolved from the OK trigger event, but the dashboard doesn't actually say that there has been an OK trigger event, it just says Resolved.

Anyway, a bit of clicking and a bit of RTFM and I'm all good for now! Thanks
