Zabbix poller processes more than 75% busy

Hi again!
i have this alarm form one of my proxies "Zabbix poller processes more than 75% busy" for a long time, can anyone help me to bring down its usage from 100% ?
i have determined these value on my conf file : startPollersUnreachable = 50

The poller process has the highest busy rate, right? If so, I think it's the StartPollers value, not the StartPollersUnreachable, that should be adjusted.

If you encounter any problems, check not only the symptom but also whether anything is output to the log file.
If you are also using Zabbix proxy, I think you need to tune it as well. Use the templates for Zabbix server and Zabbix proxy to check what kind of load is being applied and which process is busy.

i checked the log, i'm getting connection failed to database : too many connections !

Increase the maximum number of connections in the database settings. Alternatively, limit the number of processes so that the maximum number of connections is not reached.
