Missing menu entries in Configuration / Action

Hi there
lacked a little understanding of actions.
i miss the option to select a new condition "tags" as a type of calculation or the option to create remote command.
At the moment i only have this option for "type of calculation".

Application, Event type, Host group, Template and Host

How do i get "tags" and "remote commands" in operations ?

Zabbix version v5.2
