Installing php5-snmp package on zabbix server

When i'm trying to install php5-snmp package i see the following:

    Code:
    root@server:~# apt-get install php5-snmp
    Reading package lists... Done
    Building dependency tree
    Reading state information... Done
The following extra packages will be installed:
    libapache2-mod-php5 libsnmp30 php5-cli php5-common php5-gd php5-mysql php5-readline snmp snmpd
    Suggested packages:
    php-pear php5-user-cache
The following packages will be REMOVED:
    libsnmp15 zabbix-server-mysql
The following NEW packages will be installed:
    libsnmp30 php5-snmp
The following packages will be upgraded:
    libapache2-mod-php5 php5-cli php5-common php5-gd php5-mysql php5-readline snmp snmpd
8 upgraded, 2 newly installed, 2 to remove and 90 not upgraded.
Need to get 7,684 kB/7,943 kB of archives.
After this operation, 7,587 kB disk space will be freed.
Do you want to continue [Y/n]? n
    Abort.
    1. The most strange thing here is that it wants to remove package zabbix-server-mysql. Why? I don't think it's safe.
    2. libsnmp15 package will be removed and libsnmp30 will be installed. Is that replacement safe? Because it's not just package update, its removing and installing package with new name.
    3. Among all these package there is only one i need - php5-snmp. Can i install only this package without any updates and removes?
