Access denied

Hello, I downloaded the appliance 2.4 zabbix on the site to install on a virtual machine. During two months, everything worked and now, i can't log on zabbix, I have the message:
You are not logged in. You must login to view this page. If you think this message is wrong, please consult your administrators about getting the necessary permissions.
I did a lot of research, but I found no solution yet, can you help me ?

Thanks.

Are you trying to access a page through a bookmark?
If so, perhaps your session has expired and you simply need to log in again.

Go to the Dashboard page http://<your Zabbix server>/dashboard.php and then scroll all the way down and look at the bottom right hand corner. It will show who you are logged in as. if it shows "Guest", then you need to log in under whatever account you use.

And when you go to the dashboard page, you see nothing Zabbix related? Only that error message? No Zabbix logo or anything like that?

Perhaps try clearing your browser cache and cookies. I would also try a different web browser and see if you get the same results.

Yes, i cleaned my browser cache and cookies and I used a different web browser but I get the same results.

I get only my error message in my web page and not Zabbix Logo

When I click on "Login", I get the same error message, but with a different redirection

I think that the problem is in my file index.php no ?

Thanks,

PS: If it helps, I did an import of my database mysql and export in blank virtual machine and i get the same error message when i try connect to zabbix.

Hi,

If you are able to access your Zabbix database, can you execute the following query?

Code:
select authentication_type from config;
+---------------------+
authentication_type
+---------------------+
0
+---------------------+
1 row in set (0.00 sec)
You should have value 0 there.

Best Regards,
Ingus

Hi,

I can connect to my Zabbix database but when I do this query "select authentication_type from config;", I've this :

select authentication_type from config;
+---------------------+
authentication_type
+---------------------+
2
+---------------------+
1 row in set (0.00 sec)

I have value 2 there.

Best Regards,

Hi,

You have (accidentally or on purpose) enabled HTTP authentication.

If you don't use it then set authentication type to 0 in Zabbix database by executing this command:
Code:
update config set authentication_type=0;
Best Regards,
Ingus
