Zabbix is NOT coming online from docker (from official documentation)

Tried to install zabbix from docker, but Mysql container never comes online, i have been trying for weeks to fix it. it might be something very small, i followed everything from documentation https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...ion/containers

just MYSQL container never comes online. due to which whole stack fails
