Display text file contents to dashboard

    Greetings All,

I am a newbie trying to learn a little about Zabbix.
I have a text file with the following contents in it. File is a result of the expiry date check of my site certificates.

    ## file contents

    22-02-2021 = atlantic-kids-academy.com (81 days)
    23-02-2021 = dawnsdays.com (82 days)
    22-02-2021 = dunnsland.com (81 days)
    23-02-2021 = e2snail.com (82 days)
    23-02-2021 = hockeysticks4clubs.com (82 days)
    24-02-2021 = icanevents.net (83 days)

What I have done is created an item as follows

    Name Check SSL Certs

    using the following key.

    vfs.file.contents["/var/log/CertResult.txt",ANSI]

with an update interval of 5 mins while I am testing, and then I will have it updated once a day or something.

Now I thought that I would have to create a triggar

When I look at the item with the linked trigger I see that it says that it is unsupported.

with mouse hovering over the info.

SO now I am stuck, I have no clue how I can get the results of my text file to be visible on the dashboard.
Does anyone have any suggestions how I can achieve this.
I am looking for a count down to alert me when my certificates expire.

    Thanks
    Lawrence

I could not figure out how to delete this post question.

I managed to resolve the issue.
