    Remote command and /bin/false

    Hello,
I use zabbix to monitor windows and linux server, also i like to use remote command if I see a problem can be solved automatic.
With windows, remote command work without problem. With linux, ubuntu especially, remote command have problem, I think, of execution permission.

I want to use agent to automatically restart apache if the service is down, the agent log the execution of command but nothing is executed.
I see in user profile and it have no shell (/bin/false).
I don't want to give full shell to this user.

Is possible to solve this problem with limited provileges for this user?
    Thank you
