How to filter by triggers correctly for users

Hello. How do I make it possible for the user to show triggers for the first group of nodes with a specific tag, and for the second all triggers? I created two user groups. I added network nodes to the first group and specified a tag filter, and added network nodes without a tag filter to the second group. Added the user to both groups. And the filter is applied to all groups of network nodes at once, but if you leave the user only in one group of the first or second, everything works fine. Is this the way it should be, or am I setting it up incorrectly? Zabbix 5.0.6

Why is it that when adding a tag filter to a user group, this "Linux 5.0" tag is also applied to other node groups? If you create different user groups with different tag filters and add a user to both of these groups, the result is exactly the same.
