SNMP item not work

Dear all,

I have a zabbix server running on Ubuntu 14, work well with windows server 2008 R2 (services, HDD, ... )
now I want to monitor network device such as Fortigate, Cisco, IBM server, and vmware esxi.
I already install snmp, add fortigate MIB to ubuntu server. after that, i created item try to monitor CPU Usage, Memory Usage of Fortigate (90D) , when i finished, status item display NOT SUPPORTED

i use MIB browser to view keys, and OID

Pls help me to solve this problem.

Can you try change OID strings to numeric?

ex.
fgSysCpuUsage -> .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.4.1.3

And, please check 'Info' column at item list screen.
If you move mouse pointer to red cross icon, error reason will display.
