Cannot import template_iis_agent.xml - Error cannot read xml

I downloaded the template from the website in yaml format, and converted it (I also tried renaming the yaml and copy pasting the raw data, all get the same issue)

Error is Cannot read XML: (68) StartTag: invalid element name [Line:39 | Column: 80].

Attached is the template. I have Zabbix 5.0.3
