Use single parameter for multiple host in Graph

Not sure what is that we are doing incorrectly as same repetitive entries are appearing in the Graph selection drop down. Zabbix v4.4. The list is populated for all the parameters for all servers, causing a chaotic selection.

Is there a way to rectify this?

You have "all" in group and host dropdowns, so last one is showing you "all" available graphs, All hosts and all graphs what you have.
Select group and specific host and the list becomes shorter...
