    Zabbix and CentOS 8 STREAM

    Hello,

Today, i have Zabbix on CentOS 7.
I plan to migrate my Zabbix Server to CentOS 8 2 weeks ago, but CentOS 8 EOL is now to December 2021 instead of 2029 : https://blog.centos.org/2020/12/futu...centos-stream/

Is Zabbix support CentOS Stream or I must migrate my server to an other distro such as Oracle Linux ?

    Thanks

It's probably going to take a few weeks to get an answer to this. If you're asking what will Zabbix support on a contract, they will have to answer that. If you're asking if Zabbix will run on Centos Stream, then probably, but you'll have to wait to see. I haven't spent a lot of time reading on the Centos changes, but to me it sounds like Centos Stream is similar to Fedora. I've used Fedora on my workstation (vbox) for years in testing what I later deploy to RHEL or Centos.

https://github.com/rocky-linux/rocky may become a replacement for Centos as we know it now.
