    Service (SLA) continues to reduce availability after alarm is cleaned

    Hi everyone! Hope you are all pretty fine!!

    Folks, I passing through a problem when setting up a Service SLA and hope you can help me.

    I set a service SLA, when the alarm is received by Zabbix the Availability begins to reduce, but as soon as the alarm is closed in my Network Element it stills open in Zabbix and I need to go and close it manually since it not closes automatically.
