Trigger alert on incoming e-mail messages

Hello, I know I'm new here and this is my first post, but I would like to find a solution since I have searched the net and didn't find one.

I'm interested in possibility for Zabbix to monitor the email inbox and if there is incoming mail after 20:00 then it triggers an alert and performs an action like VOIP call.
Is it possible to achieve and if yes, how could you please guide me on a solution or give some hints.

Is there any solution to set incoming email as a trigger?
For me it doesn't matter what time.
