How to monitor ElasticSearch Cluster

Hi All,
I'm new to zabbix and i was wondering how to configure Zabbix to monitor my ElasticSearch Cluster.
I see there is a template included in zabbix 5.2, that used the HTTP agent method , but i don't see how i can pass the ElasticSearch url in the macros.

Any help would be apreciated,

Look at item(for example) ES: Get cluster health, it has URL {$ELASTICSEARCH.SCHEME}://{HOST.CONN}:{$ELASTICSEARCH.PORT}/_cluster/health?timeout=5s, so it's using the {HOST.CONN}, the configured host interface,

So this means i need to install a zabbix agent on one of the nodes of my ElasticSearch Cluster ?
