Hi,
we have our Zabbix (5.2) System (Debian 10/Mysql) with Jira ticket connection. (not Jira Service Desk).
When we create an automated ticket from Zabbix to Jira (Trigger->Action) everything works as expected. (1.)
However when we insert a custumfield like customfield_25821="AD_GROUP" the own message text is not transferred but some text from an old ACK of a Zabbix issue.
Example:
1. default Zabbix Jira Media Type = everything ok -> text from message trigger_description = {TRIGGER.DESCRIPTION} and templates is transferred (with e.g. {EVENT.TIME}) in Jira Textfield
2. default Zabbix Jira Media Type + Customfield = not ok -> text from message trigger_description = {TRIGGER.DESCRIPTION} and templates is NOT transferred in Jira Textfield always the same text "we have closed a ticket blabla" from an ACK Zabbix Ticket.
3. default Zabbix Jira Media Type + Customfield + = ok -> text from message trigger_description = "TESTTICKET" transferred in Jira Textfield as expected. Jira ticket with text "TESTTICKET".
I think it is a bug in Jira Template (with customfield s. 2) but i don´t know where i can fix it or where i can report this.
