Just getting started on Zabbix and looking to setup a simple web monitor. Have everything working but would like to have it close and reopen the same problem instead of creating new ones each time for the same event website. Is this possible?
The reasoning is we setup the Jira webhook and want that to open/close the same ticket so we have a better history of the event and not tons of identical events.
Also does anyone know how to get it to close a ticket (just change status to closed) in Jira Service Desk when issue resolved in Zabbix? Working on this now.
