Cant import template - Sophos Firewall

    Hey!

I have to monitor my Sophos Firewall but when i importing template it shows me error:

Invalid parameter "/3/params": incorrect calculated item formula starting from "/ifInOctets.max[{#SNMPINDEX}]".

The Zabbix Team has collected all official Zabbix monitoring templates and integrations.

    Hello,

may I ask what Zabbix Server version are you using? This template works for me on Zabbix 5.0 (test env) and also have problems on 5.2.1. Maybe version 5.2.2 is good again. I got this error line: C50ImportConverter::convertItemPrototypes() in include/classes/import/converters/C50ImportConverter.php:157]

    Open this site: https://fossies.org/diffs/zabbix/5.2...2.2/index.html
    and search for C50ImportConverter.php.
In 5.2.2 definition has changed from protected function to protected static function (https://fossies.org/diffs/zabbix/5.2....php-diff.html)

I'm not able to test now, because my test env is on CentOS 7, and there is no Zabbix Server 5.2.2 rpm package for it...

This is my import error message on 5.2.1. I thought you have this also, and you pasted only the end of the message. I'll upgrade my Zabbix 5.2.2 and get back to this problem.

                  Hi sphtd7,

Do you still have that template?
I have 20+ SG UTM9 to monitor, but the XG template don't really work on those appliance, most OIDs aren't recognised.
I've been searching the internet without success.

If you still got it could you send it to me please?

                  Regards,

                    Hi,

for these kind of problems I use Paessler MIB Importer. Import UTM SNMP mib, and find working OID's in tree. Clone XG template, and modify wrong OID-s with good ones.

                    Regards, mintamanta

                  Thank you very much mintamanta!

That's the new option I was approaching but I had new clue to deal with,

If it's work and if i'm able to make it work, I'll owe you a cold one.

See you in a couple of hours

                  Thanks
