False alert : VM host has just been restarted

Hi All,


I am new to Zabbix. I am using Zabbix Server 5.2.1 and from last 2-3 days i am receiving email notification as " VM Host has been restarted (uptime < 10m)". But my VM is still up from last 175 days.

I am monitoring VM using SNMP and template as "Linux SNMP" . Zabbix Server Version is 5.2.1.

Kindly help me to get resolve this error.

I have similar problem but for machine newer power on or power off long time.
Template: "VMware Guest"

Trigger: VMware: VM has been restarted (uptime < 10m)
Expression: {VMware Guest:vmware.vm.uptime[{$VMWARE.URL},{$VMWARE.VM.UUID}].last()}>0s and {VMware Guest:vmware.vm.uptime[{$VMWARE.URL},{$VMWARE.VM.UUID}].last()}<=10m

How about using something like

{VMware Guest:vmware.vm.uptime[{$VMWARE.URL},{$VMWARE.VM.UUID}].last()}>0 and {VMware Guest:vmware.vm.uptime[{$VMWARE.URL},{$VMWARE.VM.UUID}].change()}<0

(= triggers when uptime is positive AND current uptime value is smaller than it was previously)

when i enabling them....then....about 460 VM are in PROBLEM state

The trigger functions should be in the same expression. How about the Latest data?
