OpenSSL TLS Error when trying to connect to zabbix proxy

Hi,
I recently upgraded zabbix to v5 on a new Ubuntu 20.04 server
When trying to connect to my proxy server using PSK authentication (Running Ubuntu 18.04) i'm seeing the following errors

13540:20201223:065815.464 failed to accept an incoming connection: from 31.159.999.99: TLS handshake set result code to 1: file ../ssl/statem/extensions_srvr.c line 1134: error:141F9044:SSL routines:tls_parse_ctos_psk:internal error: TLS write fatal alert "internal error"

Connecting to my old Zabbix server running on Ubuntu 16.04 works fine
Any idea how to fix?
