Zabbix agent release notes?

I have tried some search via google and this forum about release notes for zabbix agents.

Here is info about zabbix server releases. Is there similar for agents?

I use zabbix server 2.2.7 version and agents the same versions. I consider to update only agents to 2.2.9, but have no found information about particular release.

This is only for server?
