How i can use graph memory usage with zabbix snmp agent

Dear Colleagues,

I'm newbie in Zabbix need your help :-) . My zabbix agent use snmp and i want to get graph same as use zabbix agent like Memory Usage because in template snmp i can not see graph for Memory Usage but there is Memory Utilizarion. Could you tell how i can get Memory Usage using snmp agent ? really appreciated for your advice and help .

Simply navigate to Configuration -> Templates -> your SNMP template -> Graphs -> Create graph and add the SNMP items gathering memory data.
