Zabbix on a Tailscale Network

How do I get the Zabbiz Agent and Zabbix Server to connect when using a Tailscale network?
Agent (not 2) on Ubuntu 20.10 groovy

Error message:

52111:20210104:183632.328 active check configuration update from [100.108.NN.NN:10051] started to fail (cannot connect to [[100.108.NN.NN]:10051]: [4] Interrupted system call)
(Obviously, I blank out my IP in this post)

ListenIP=0.0.0.0

The Tailscale network appears to work fine, as I can SSH both ways

I've had a similar issue. Both devices are successfully connected to the tailnet, but only the server can ping the agent, the agent can't ping the server. Any suggestions or documentation? I had assumed it would be no different than setting up a VPN connection between the two.

I can ping both ways and even VNC over it, But it won't connect over Tailscale. This was the video I used to set up Tailscale on pfSense:
