Zabbix Template problem For Cisco Nexus 3000 (3064X)

I get Graph by zabbix and template

Template Net Cisco IOS SNMPv2

For Sub interface (no switch port) routed Interface
Do not get graph
How solve this and any template for nexus 3000 Work true????

I have a similar issue and also I am not able to retrieve Hardware model name and Serial number from the cisco Nexus and 2960. In the Inventory tab under host, the template only able to get System name and OS details.
