Exporting and importing web scenarios

Hello,

I need to apply a set of web scenarios and related triggers to several Zabbix installations. Ideally I'd put them in a template and export it. However xml exporting and importing is not available yet for web scenarios. How would you go about it?

One option I'm considering is to export and import web scenarios with a script using Zabbix api. Has anyone tried that?

Any other ideas are appreciated.

Just for information, ZBXNEXT-178 asks for implementing this.

Possibly vote for it (if not already done).
Beside of that there is also the option of(co-)sponsoring.

You can use my script to do this. It creates templates in the new Zabbix Server, with the names of the hosts in the old one as hint. You need to apply those templates to the actual hosts in the new environment.
