web frontend display mystery character when run 'ipconfig' on windows agent

hey guys, when I set a new item that want to get ip infomation from my win agent, i met problem show as below:

Deploy structure: CentOS7 Server + Win10 Agent
Mode: Active Only

and result on web Latest data, most of characters display not correctlly:





Can some friends tell me what happened, is it encoding problem, or others?

Your CMD console must be using a different encoding from Zabbix.
If I'm not mistaken Zabbix expects UTF-8 by default.

See if this discussion makes sense.

Try switching your "type of information" to "log" and see if it helps.

markfree very thanks for the reply! it's indeed CMD console enconding problem. the latest data display properly now after CMD code page set to utf8.
