Zabbix ang Grafana

Hi I have installed Zabbix5.2.3 and Grafana also, and I able to See Zabbix DB from Grafana Normally, my question is, is the ..
DB Password I Created in the installation will be used to anything in Grafana?
and is the authentication between Zabbix and Grafana will be only via user authentication ??

but " should be read-only user not admin" that the user in database creation shouldn't grant more than reading Privilege?
