Correlations across multiple servers to get consensus on issue

All the information I'm seeing about setting up event correlation is talking about having it automatically close events to prevent duplicates. I am interested in setting up 3 Zabbix servers in completely different locations so that can have a definitive answer regarding WAN outages by comparing across servers. In other words, if Z1 and Z2 both see Z3 go offline, then they know it's Z3's WAN that is down. Z3 seeing both Z1 and Z2 go offline simultaneously should then know that it's own WAN is down (which seems in line with the normal intent of event correlations?).

Presumably the easiest way to do this would be for the servers to check what that status is of the status checks on the other servers? Can someone point me to a tutorial on how to do something like this?

You probably misunderstood something about the zabbix architecture https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...concepts/proxy
the problem you describe is trivial and is solved by a dependency of triggers https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...s/dependencies
    PS
It makes sense to talk about event correlation within a single zabbix server.
It is not clear why you need three servers...
